Welcome to FEMpower Women Leading Change! It's the dead of winter - time to recharge! The Strait Area Chamber has hosted several "Small Halls" women's leadership and empowerment sessions over the last number of years - now, we're bringing women together under one roof to energize and connect! This half-day experience at the Inverary Inn, in beautiful Baddeck, will include an opportunity for attendees to share their experiences - successes, challenges, opportunities, and a-ha moments! Expect the unexpected at this event - it wont be a typical morning of sitting and listening. Topics will include non-traditional work experiences, self-care and mental health, and determining and defining our own successes. Inspiration and fun will be the underlying themes of the whole morning!
