Louisdale Community Homes Association is a non-profit organization that provides person-centered supports, services and advocacy for individuals living with disabilities and/or mental health needs, so that they may live as empowered citizens in their community. We are driven by our mission so that ultimately everyone is able to experience a satisfying life through family relationships, friendships, meaningful work, and play.
